LEARN FRENCH IN TOULOUSE, "THE PINK CITY" OF THE SOUTH
The city
Toulouse, ideally located in the heart of the South, between the Mediterrean sea and the Atlantic ocean,
is the 4th largest city and the 2nd university town in France. Its geographic location
makes it easy to organize your own excursions to the Pyrenees, the Atlantic or the Mediterranean coast.
Called the "pink city" for the colour of the houses in the old town, it has a rich cultural and historical heritage, with many churches and basiliques, monuments, museums, parks, etc, and the famous Canal du Midi that you can discover by bicycle.
Toulouse gives the visitor the opportunity of discovering the real French culture because it is still possible to experience the typical French style. Don't miss the Saturday market in the old town or some of the numerous cultural events that the city offers (theater, cinema, dancing, festivals,...). Furthermore,
the university atmosphere in Toulouse is incomparable.
