This centre is located in the village of Acebo (Cáceres), 15 km from Portugal and 350 km from Madrid. There are 4 buildings surrounded by gardens: living room-dining room seating 80, besides a summer dining room and a living room with a fireplace, the circle, working room without columns seating 80 ideal for group sessions, bedrooms building (single rooms, double rooms and dormitories for 40) and library-videoroom. On the other side of the valley, in the middle of an oak forest, there is a temple. In spring and summer, there is a camping area with showers and toilets.

Lalita is not only a retreat centre, but also a centre for creative activities and there is an extensive program of courses and workshops that take place almost every week. There are many different courses to choose: yoga, taichi, meditation, relaxation, astrology, dance, massage, chamanism, self-esteem, transpersonal psychology, organic agriculture, etc. They have a wonderful vegetarian restaurant where the vegetables are organic and come from their own vegetable garden. It is also possible to spend New Year Eve in Lalita and share music, dance and games with others, in an atmosphere of harmony, peace and happiness.

Lalita is in a place full of possibilities for ecotourism that is the Mountains of Gata with stone villages, rivers for bathing, waterfalls, etc. The centre is a quite big land, in the valley of Linar, where there are walking routes to do. Lalita is also an ideal place to have a rest, to share, to create or simply to stay ... and there are spaces for retreating and for staying in silence. They offer some chikung in the morning, massages if requested and a space in the temple that is always open for meditation.
